Cayo AI provides general wellness and nutrition information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition values, including those estimated from food photos, are approximations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise or health routine.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.
- Do not reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your store account settings.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as food photos and logs. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services, including the Cayo AI name, logo, software and design, are owned by Cayo AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
